Ok, last night I had an amazing meal. Hickory Bacon Salt was sprinkled on my mashed potatoes, chicken fried steak, and my green beans. With each bite I drank some water laced with lemon to cleanse my pallete so that I may taste the intricacies of the Bacon Salt. I believe my Bacon Salt is vintage July, 2007. A very good vintage I might add. The Bacon Salt brought out the subtle but yet oh so interesting taste of my green beans.
Comment -- I don't know if all of you knew this, but...I really like bacon.
Interesting that this link somehow relates back to the University of Kansas. "Jayhawks really know their Bacon Salt?"
